The court case of the woman accused of helping plan the murder of Florida rapper Julio Foolio is now being heard in Tampa, Florida.Prosecutors say that she helped track the rapper’s movements while Charles Jones celebrated his birthday. They claim she kept tabs with others who later ambushed the rapper in a hotel parking lot.Multiple shooters all
